Our Corporate Social Responsibility objectives are to encourage a positive impact through our business activities on the environment, consumers, employees and territory that we operate in. As part of our commitments, we encourage education; therefore, we will be making substantial annual books and grants donations. Also as part of our commitments to building more start-ups, we will encourage young entrepreneurs, mentor and sow seeds into their start-ups. This is our own little way of saying thank you and appreciating the community that we operate in.

It is the policy of Earls Group to provide a safe and healthy environment in which our employees, visitors and customers can carry out their business. Protecting employees from injury or occupational hazard is a major continuing objective. We firmly believe in and are committed to ensuring that our operations are carried out in a way that ensures the health and safety of everyone. We will not produce or render any service likely to cause an accident or exposure that may result in personal injury, damage to equipment or loss in process.
